Japanese Dolls hakata & samurai



The history of hakata and samurai dolls of japan is very old and it is made  in japan from 1818 a.d at that time crafts man didnot paint  the clothes of dolls and today japanese dolls cloth s are painted with oil paints it is  a old traditional handicrafted product of japan the hakata and samurai dolls are  made on the temperature fromm 800 - 900 c  whereas normal temperature for other products like this is 1200c  ,in this hakata and samurai doll craftsman first made a model of doll wid plaster than jam thee clay in the plaster inthe third step craftsman dries the doll wil kiln the temperature of the kelin is 800 to 900 in the last the doll is painted
the hakata doll history starts from 17th centuary,hakata gimon yamakasa is the name of the festival of hakata, hakata is a place in fukuoka, a man southi masaki made clay dolls at that time and gift them to the emperor of hakata , now these dolls are known as hakata dolls hakata is not a glazaed doll, hakata is a non glazed doll
